All our phones are new and come with a one-year warranty based on the manufacturer's warranty, which includes manufacturer's defects. However, this does not cover abuse done to the phone such as water-damage problems, cosmetic-related problems, and software manipulations.
If within the first five "5" days of delivery and within 30 minutes of use the phone fails to operate properly, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Products that are still under the original manufacturer's warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
For repair requests made over a week after the delivery date, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to PixyCell for repair. All requests for repairs should be made to returns@pixycell.com along with your order number and order date. Once an authorization number has been assigned, write the RA number on the outside of the package and mail it to the address below along with your sales invoice.
