A. Yes,all our cellphones are brand new.
Q. What features are lost by using an unlocked phone as opposed to a carrier phone?
A. Many unlocked phones don't have WAP Browser or Multimedia Messaging Service capability, while these features are already programmed in carrier phones.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. There's a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders.

A. There is an 8.25% tax for California residents.
Q. Who do you ship your products with?
A. We ship our phones via FedEx (UPS for California residents and USPS for Alaska and Hawaii residents) and the accessories by USPS.

A. All U.S. GSM carriers including, but not limited to, Cingular, Edge, Dobson, T-Mobile and overseas carriers who use GSM and have the same frequency as the phone.
