A. Yes, all our cellphones are brand new unless otherwise noted.
Q. How soon will my order ship?
A. Orders are usually shipped out the next business day unless otherwise noted or further verification is needed.
Q. Who do you ship your products with?
A. We ship our phones via FedEx 3 Day(USPS Priority for Alaska and Hawaii residents).
Accessories are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (usually 3-5 business days).
*Please note that all phone orders require a signature confirmation.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. There is a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders.
Q.Do you charge tax?
A. There is a 9.75% tax for California residents.
Q. What carriers are compatible with your GSM Unlocked Phones?
A. All U.S. GSM carriers including, but not limited to, Cingular, Edge, Dobson, T-Mobile and overseas carriers who use GSM and have the same frequency as the phone.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout.
Q. What features are lost by using an unlocked phone as opposed to a carrier phone?
A. Many unlocked phones don't have WAP Browser or Multimedia Messaging Service capability, while these features are already programmed in carrier phones.

A. Yes, all our phones include a one year warranty based on the manufacturer's warranty.
